El 60 por 100 de ejemplares se entregaran al autor de la obra; el resto será distribuido por el Ministerio a las Universidades y centros científicos del país y del Exterior, así como también a las Escuelas Normales Superiores, Institutos Pedagógicos y demás establecimientos que el Ministerio juzgare conveniente.
