Si la conducta del solicitante no lo hiciere acreedor a la rehabilitación, según los documentos presentados, se aplazará la concesión de ella por un período no mayor del determinado en el artículo 94 de este Código. La providencia respectiva será comunicada a las mismas entidades mencionadas en este código.
