Los recursos de la Nación provenientes de saldos de vigencias anteriores que no se encuentren amparando reservas presupuestales o las cuentas por pagar, deberán reintegrarse a la Dirección del Tesoro Nacional. Igual procedimiento se aplicará cuando por cualquier causa se cancele una reserva constituida con recursos de la Nación, siempre que se haya efectuado la situación de fondos.
