º. Las importaciones a que se refieren los ordinales a), b) y c) del artículo 1, se someterán al reglamento y procedimiento especiales que de conformidad con los términos de los respectivos Tratados o Contratos y con las prácticas y usos internacionales, establezca el Gobierno.

Parágrafo

Mientras se expide la correspondiente reglamentación con continuará rigiendo la que se encontraba en vigencia el 16 de enero del presente año fecha en que entró en vigor la Ley 1 de 1959 .
