INSPECCION Y VIGILANCIA EXTERNA. La inspección, control, vigilancia y régimen disciplinario del Fondo estarán a cargo de la Superintendencia Bancaria. Se ejercerán en lo pertinente, de acuerdo con las facultades que le otorga la ley en lo referente a las instituciones financieras, teniendo en cuenta la naturaleza especial del Fondo.
