ARTICULO 81 . EXCLUSIVIDAD DE LA CARRERA. El personal que preste sus servicios en el Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario, INPEC, solo podrá pertenecer a la Carrera Penitenciaria, previo el cumplimiento de los respectivos requisitos generales y especiales para ello.
