La Biblioteca David Martínez de la ciudad de Montería obrará armónicamente con la Universidad de Córdoba en el desarrollo cultural de esta zona del país, y dotará de una sala especial a la Universidad, de preferencia con libros especializados en los ramos de zootecnia, agronomía y los que a juicio de la Directiva de la Universidad, ayuden a los estudiantes y a este importante centro educativo en su prestigio, rendimiento, funcionamiento, etc.
