Art. 280. Firmada el acta, se notificará su elección á los designados que deban formar el Jurado. Dichos designados expresarán en el acto de la notificación si existen en ellos alguno de los impedimentos señalados en los artículos 242, 243, 244 y 245, ó si no saben leer y escribir, ó no son vecinos de la cabecera del Distrito Judicial.
