En el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia y en los de las siguientes, si fuere necesario, se apropiaran las partidas necesarias para dar cumplimento a la presente Ley. Queda, además, facultado el Gobierno para hacer los traslados, abrir créditos y llevar a cabo operaciones financieras a fin de hacer efectivo el cumplimiento de esta Ley.
