Los Personeros Municipales de cabecera de Circuito continuarán ejerciendo las funciones, del Ministerio Público ante los Juzgados de Circuito de su respectiva sede, en la forma en que lo hacen según las disposiciones vigentes, hasta cuando las asuman los Fiscales de Circuito, momento a partir del cual actuarán bajo la dirección de éstos y como delegados suyos.
