º Ningún funcionario agente de la Intendencia, podrá obligarse a efectuar gastos o contraer compromisos no contemplados en el Presupuesto de Gastos respectivo, o en exceso del saldó disponible. Quienes actúen en contravención de esta norma serán personalmente responsables de las obligaciones contraídas, sin perjuicio de las sanciones administrativas y/o penales que les correspondan.
