Repealed

Créase una Junta de Vigilancia de los Fondos Ganaderos, encargada de la coordinación y orientación y control con sede en Bogotá, y constituida así: EI Ministro de Agricultura o sus delegados; 2 delegados del Presidente de la República, de una lista de 10 nombres pasada conjuntamente por la Confederación Colombiana de Ganaderos y las asociaciones de criadores de razas lecheras, y dos representantes nombrados por los Fondos Ganaderos.

Parágrafo

Los Fondos deberán ajustarse a las prescripciones de esta Junta, para gozar de los beneficios de esta Ley.
