º El magistrado sustanciador presentará por escrito el proyecto de fallo a la Secretaría de la Corte, para que ésta envíe copia del mismo y del correspondiente expediente a los demás magistrados. Entre la presentación del proyecto de fallo y la deliberación en la Corte deberán transcurrir por lo menos cinco días, salvo cuando se trate de decidir sobre objeciones a proyectos de ley o en casos de urgencia nacional.
