Medidas especiales. El pago de los derechos económicos incorporados en los títulos objeto de las operaciones de factoring conllevan un grado de incertidumbre frente a los intereses de las partes del contrato y de quienes han aportado recursos para la operación. Por esta razón, las normas que regulan la actividad de factoring en Colombia hacen referencia a algunas medidas especiales que se pueden tomar al respecto:
