Dignatarios. El presidente y vicepresidente de cada Junta Directiva deberán elegirse entre sus miembros principales para un período institucional de un (1) año, pudiendo ser reelegidos indefinidamente, como también removidos en cualquier momento.

El período del Presidente y Vicepresidente, se inicia una vez sean nombrados en la primera reunión del mes de enero de cada año. En el evento de ser reemplazados antes del vencimiento del periodo, los nuevos terminarán dicho período.
