ARTICULO 14. UTILIZACION DEL ESPECTRO RADIOELECTRICO EN LA PRESTACION DEL SERVICIO DE TELEFONIA MOVIL CELULAR. El uso de frecuencias radioeléctricas para la prestación del servicio de telefonía móvil celular requiere de permiso previo otorgado por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones y dará lugar al pago de los derechos que correspondan. Cualquier ampliación, extensión, renovación o modificación de las condiciones autorizadas, requiere e nuevo permiso, previo y expreso de conformidad con las normas vigentes.
