En cualquiera de los casos en que se declare la caducidad del privilejio, las tierras baldías de que tratan los casos 6.° i 7.° del artículo 2.° i las que no estuvieren enajenadas de las concedidas por el artículo 4.°, volverán al dominio de la República en el estado en que se hallen; i sin indemnizacion alguna todos los edificios, materiales, obras i mejoras que en el canal i sus anexidades tuvieren los concesionarios.
