Procedencia de otros mecanismos. De conformidad con lo señalado en el parágrafo del artículo 8° de la Ley 1796 de 2016, en el evento que se presenten los análisis técnicos y financieros que evidencien la procedencia de otros mecanismos, la Superintendencia Financiera establecerá las condiciones y operación de los mismos.
