Con el fin de que los productos y servicios a los que se refiere la presente ley puedan ser prestados de manera eficiente y a bajo costo, el Gobierno nacional propenderá porque se permita la utilización de canales que aprovechen la tecnología disponible para la prestación de los mismos, en todo caso manteniendo adecuados parámetros de seguridad y operatividad.
