El Juez debe comunicar al Comandante de la respectiva unidad operativa, o de la Fuerza Aérea o Armada Nacional, o al Ministerio de Guerra, según el caso, los nombres de los que han sido sorteados para obtener su comparecencia en el lugar del juicio, en la fecha que señale.
