Art. 8 ° Para los efectos de la certificación consular, divídense las facturas comerciales en cuatro clases, ásaber : Primera. Las facturas que solamente expresen artículos de fierro, acero, cobre, zinc ó madera, destinados á máquinas de empresas industriales, como ferrocarriles, buques de vapor, alumbrado eléctrico, telégrafos, teléfonos, imprentas, fábricas de vidrio ó loza y de tejidos, siempre que se haya declarado que tales empresas son de utilidad pública; Segunda. Las facturas que no sean de valor mayor de doscientos pesos; Tercera. Las facturas en que el valor pase de doscientos pesos sin exceder de quinientos; y Cuarta. Las facturas en que el valor sea mayor de quinientos pesos.
