Distribución de Cargos. El Director General de la Unidad de Planeación de Infraestructura de Transporte - UPIT, mediante resolución, distribuirá los cargos de la planta global a que se refiere el artículo 1 del presente Decreto, teniendo en cuenta la estructura las necesidades el servicio, los planes y programas de la Unidad.
