Cuando el demandado o su representante no se halle en el lugar donde se sigue el juicio, y se conoce su residencia, se notifica el auto en quese le confiere traslado de la demanda, por medio del juez comisionado a quien se libra despacho con copia de la demanda, de losdocumentos con ella presentados y del auto en que se ordena conferir el traslado.
