ARTICULO 34 De la actualización de la lista de elegibles. la lista de elegibles deberá actualizarse siempre que se presente cualquiera de las siguientes situaciones: 1: nombramiento de uno de los aspirantes que figuren en ella: 2: exclusión de uno más aspirantes por las casuales a que se refiere el artículo 35 de este decreto 3: incluso de aspirantes en el caso señalado en el artículo 36 del presente decreto
