º . Para efectos de la aplicación del

Parágrafo 1

del artículo 2º de la Ley 363 de 1997, entiéndase por actividad pecuaria: "Actividad Pecuaria: es el desarrollo y ejecución de las diferentes etapas de la producción, comercialización, industrialización, inversión y distribución, incluidas la prestación de servicios, la investigación y el desarrollo, la capacitación, el beneficio o aprovechamiento industrial o agroindustrial y la explotación comercial, en cualquier tipo de ganado mayor y menor".
