° La Escuela de Farmacia tendrá un Director y un Secretario, cuyas funciones serán señaladas de acuerdo con el Consejo Directivo de la Facultad de Medicina, el cual hará la elección del personal directivo y del personal docente de dicha Escuela, y lo someterá a la aprobación del Ministerio de Educación Nacional.
