Atención excepcional. En circunstancias excepcionales, cuando la persona desmovilizada requiera para el desarrollo del proceso de reintegración, atención especializada para el tratamiento de consumo de sustancias psicoactivas o enfermedades o problemáticas mentales, la Agencia Colombiana para la Reintegración de Personas y Grupos Alzados en Armas podrá contratar dicha atención con entidades idóneas o con experiencia relacionada en dichos tratamientos.
