Anteproyectos de Presupuesto. A partir de 2007, antes de la primera semana del mes de abril, los órganos que hacen parte del Presupuesto General de la Nación remitirán el anteproyecto de presupuesto al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público de acuerdo con las metas, políticas y criterios de programación establecidos en el Marco de Gasto de Mediano Plazo.
