°. Adicionar el artículo 3° del Decreto número 2637 de 2012, con un

Parágrafo

, el cual quedará así:

Parágrafo 2

Las personas naturales o jurídicas que realizan de forma regular la actividad de comprar y vender minerales para transformarlos, beneficiarlos, distribuirlos, intermediarlos, exportarlos o consumirlos, tendrán nueve (9) meses, contados a partir de la fecha de entrada en vigencia del presente decreto para inscribirse ante la Agencia Nacional de Minería en el Registro Único de Comercializadores de Minerales (RUCOM). Los requisitos señalados en los literales c), f) y g) del presente artículo se exigirán únicamente a las personas jurídicas y a aquellas personas naturales que de acuerdo con la ley están obligadas a presentar estos documentos.
