Art. 2484. La transaccion no surte efecto sino entre los contratantes.

Si son muchos los principales interesados en el negocio sobre el cual se transige, la transaccion consentida por el uno de ellos no perjudica ni aprovecha a los otros; salvo, empero, los efectos de la novación en el caso de solidaridad.
