Naturaleza de Proexport. Proexport es un patrimonio autónomo con destino a la promoción de exportaciones administrado por Fiducoldex. en desarrollo del literal d) del artículo 282 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero.

Parágrafo

Se entiende por promoción a las exportaciones además de las funciones asignadas a Proexport, todas las labores dirigidas al fortalecimiento de la estrategia de competitividad y productividad del país y al desarrollo de los instrumentos de apoyo a la oferta exportable.
