De La División De Inspección, Vigilancia Y Control

Ley 15 de 1989 · por la cual se expiden normas sobre organización, financiamiento y control de los servicios de salud y asistencia pública, se reorganiza la Superintendencia de Seguros de Salud y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Son funciones de la División de Inspección, Vigilancia y Control de la Superintendencia Delegada para el Control Administrativo-Financiero:

Diseñar y aplicar los mecanismos de inspección, vigilancia y control de que tratan los literales a) y b) del anterior artículo;

Adelantar las investigaciones que se originen por el incumplimiento de normas y reglamentos sobre liquidación, recaudo y transferencia de fondos y oportunidad de giros a los servicios seccionales de salud;

Las demás que le delegue el Superintendente Delegado para el Control Administrativo-Financiero.
