° Créase el Comité de Crédito Sectorial, cuya función será coordinar los programas relacionados con la ejecución del Crédito Sectorial de Desarrollo Urbano. El Comité estará integrado-así: El Ministro de Desarrollo Económico, o su representante, y el Jefe de Departamento Nacional de Planeación, o su representante.

Parágrafo

La Secretaria del Comité será desempeñada por el Jefe de la División de Estudios Regionales de la Unidad de Desarrollo Regional del Departamento Nacional de Planeación.
