Art. 6.° Tan pronto como sean removidos los mayores tropiezos para la navegacion del rio Magdalena, la Junta lo informará al Poder Ejecutivo, para que éste fije la época desde la cual se haya de dar principio al cobro del impuesto que establece el artículo 4.° aludido.
