- DELEGACION. Los distritos y municipios podrán desconcentrar, delegar o descentralizar las funciones derivadas de sus competencias en las localidades, comunas o corregimientos, previa asignación de los recursos respectivos, excepto para el sector educativo (Ley 60 de 1993, art. 7).
