Art. 2.° Autorízase al Jefe Civil y Militar del Departamento del Cauca para hacer el nombramiento de los peritos que deben practicar el avalúo de que trata el artículo anterior. Los peritos tomarán posesión de su cargo ante el Agente Fiscal creado por el Decreto número 589, de 4 de Diciembre de 1899.
