Parágrafo

al artículo cuarto del Decreto 2195 del 18 de octubre de 2001, del siguiente tenor: "

Parágrafo transitorio

Los volúmenes máximos correspondientes al primer semestre de 2003 serán fijados por la U.P.M.E. mediante resolución motivada a más tardar el 1º de marzo de 2003. En consecuencia, los volúmenes fijados para el segundo semestre de 2002 continuarán vigentes hasta tanto se expida la nueva resolución".
