La Corporación Nacional de Turismo financiará con intereses preferenciales y plazos máximos excepcionales, la adecuación y dotación de las viviendas que se destinen al turismo receptivo en la Isla de Providencia y, en coordinación con el Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje, SENA, capacitará técnicamente y prestará asesoría continua a la comunidad isleña para la prestación de los servicios requeridos en el desarrollo turístico.
