° Los médicos colombianos con título que quieren prestar sus servicios como Médicos Legistas, se inscribirán ante el Alcalde del Municipio de su residencia, presentando el título, que los acredita como Médicos; y firmarán la diligencia de inscripción por cuadruplicado, para distribuírlas así: un ejemplar a la sección correspondiente del Ministerio de Gobierno, uno a la Oficina de Medicina Legal de Bogotá, uno a la Oficina de Medicina Legal Departamental y otro que queda en la Alcaldía respectiva..
