Art. 39. Las Administraciones principales de Hacienda i oficinas telegráficas establecidas en los lugares donde termina una línea i principia otra, si no corresponden a una misma seccion dichas líneas, depende de los dos Inspectores de las líneas que se enlazan en todo lo relativo al ejercicio de las funciones que se asignan a los Inspectores por el presente decreto.
