Los expendedores de papel sellado y estampillas de Timbre nacional gozarán del mismo sueldo eventual de que disfrutan los Administradores Municipales de Hacienda, de acuerdo con el artículo 15 de la Ley 111 de 1888.

Queda en sus términos reformado el artículo 51 de la Ley 110 del mismo año.

Dada en Bogotá, á treinta y uno de Octubre de mil ochocientos noventa y cuatro.
