Documentos para Inscripción. Para efectos de la inscripción, deberán allegarse por el interesado los siguientes documentos:

a)

Una fotografía de 2.5 x 4.5 cm de frente, con fondo azul claro;

b)

Dos fotocopias autenticadas de la cédula de ciudadanía o tarjeta de identidad;

c)

Declaración de renta de los padres o certificación de ingresos;

d)

Fotocopia autenticada de las cédulas de ciudadanía de los padres;

e)

Registro civil de nacimiento.
