° Modificase el artículo 3ø del Decreto 1449 de 1991, que en consecuencia quedará así: "Artículo 3. La publicación de las franjas de precios de azúcar y leche, de que tratan los artículos anteriores y la metodología para liquidar sus aranceles variables, se harán así

Franja de azúcar: Para el período comprendido entre el 1o. de julio de 1991 y el 30 de noviembre de 1991, antes del 30 de junio de 1991.

Franja de leche: Para el período comprendido entre el 15 de julio de 1991 y el 30 de noviembre de 1991, antes del 15 de julio de 1991".
