Artículo segundo . El obligado al pago de una carta de crédito, al momento de la negociación o cancelación según sea el caso, deberá identificar plenamente al beneficiario de la misma, dejando constancia en los registros respectivos del nombre completo y documento de identificación de las personas naturales y de los poderes y certificados de representación de aquellas personas que actúen como apoderados o como representantes legales.
