Plazo para decidir . Presentada la solicitud de habilitación, la autoridad competente dispondrá de un término no superior a noventa (90) días para decidir. La habilitación se concederá o negará mediante resolución motivada en la que se especificará como mínimo el nombre, razón social o denominación, domicilio principal, capital pagado, patrimonio líquido, radio de acción y modalidad de la empresa.
