Los acuerdos de reestructuración podrán ser promovidos de oficio por la Superintendencia de Sociedades o a solicitud de los representantes legales del empresario o, de uno o varios acreedores. En las solicitudes de promoción por parte del empresario o del acreedor o acreedores se deberá acreditar alguno los siguientes supuestos:
