Artículo noveno . La designación del Jefe de la Oficina de Control y Ejecución del Presupuesto se hará en la forma señalada por el Decreto legislativo 1087 de 1955 y su sueldo se pagará con cargo a la respectiva apropiación de la Dirección del Presupuesto.
