Decreto 2843 de 2005 · por el cual se reglamenta el otorgamiento de Crédito Educativopor parte del Fondo Nacional de Ahorro.

º . Otorgamiento, condiciones y modalidades. El otorgamiento, las condiciones y modalidades para acceder al crédito educativo que conceda el Fondo Nacional de Ahorro se efectuarán de acuerdo con el reglamento de crédito que para tal fin expida la Junta Directiva del Fondo Nacional de Ahorro.

Parágrafo 1

El otorgamiento, el manejo y la administración de los recursos del crédito educativo estarán a cargo del Fondo Nacional de Ahorro.

Parágrafo 2

El Fondo Nacional de Ahorro aprobará las solicitudes de crédito educativo de conformidad con la disponibilidad presupuestal asignada para tal fin.
