Parágrafo

al artículo 1º del Decreto 4030 de 2006: "

Parágrafo 3

Cuando el plan de reactivación de la entidad contemple la fusión o la incorporación con otra entidad y este sea aprobado en los términos establecidos en el presente artículo, no será necesario realizar una nueva asamblea para efectos de la aprobación prevista en el artículo 32 de la Ley 79 de 1988, siempre que dicha decisión haya sido adoptada con las mayorías y demás requisitos establecidos en esta última norma".
