Articulo 9 º El juzgamiento de los delitos previstos en este Decreto se hará sin intervención del Jurado de Conciencia de que trata el Libro Tercero, Título II, Capítulo I del Código de Procedimiento Penal, con arreglo a las disposiciones conferidas en el Título II del Decreto legislativo 180 de 1988.
